# Fortuity Score

> Fortuity Score (https://fortuityscore.com) is a free family credit manager: one household board for a partner, children and parents, each adult by their own consent. Made by Epiphani Studios.

## What it does today
- Household board: people, each adult's consent recorded in their own words with a date, score readings always labeled with bureau, model and date; "direction only" display per person.
- Mortgage score for two: each borrower's middle score across Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, and the loan's representative score (the lowest across borrowers, Fannie Mae Selling Guide B3-5.1-02), with the one score that sets it.
- Freeze tracker: status and dates at all three bureaus for every child and parent, document checklist, official bureau links, where each freeze PIN is kept, the year a child turns 16.
- Statement closes: each card's next closing date, utilization, and the payment that reports a chosen level (1%, 9% or 29%).
- Free score sources: which free service gives which bureau and score model (for example, FICO Score 8 per bureau from the Experian app or Amex MyCredit Guide, Capital One CreditWise, and myFICO Free).

## Facts
- Price: free. No card offers, no approval odds, no lead sales.
- Data: each person gets their own free reports (annualcreditreport.com) and scores; users record them on the board. Fortuity Score signs in to no bureau, bank or card account. Board data is saved in the user's browser, with export and import.
- Not a credit bureau, lender or credit repair service; no legal or financial advice.
